Delivery Information

We deliver quality rugs to your door anywhere in South Africa. Here's how it works from checkout to unrolling your new rug.

Processing times

Your order is packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment reflecting. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on where you are in South Africa. Main centres are typically on the faster end; outlying areas can take a day or two longer. Around public holidays and peak shopping periods, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.

Delivery costs

Delivery is FREE for orders over R1500. For orders below that, the delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your rug and your delivery address — you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your rug is on the move, we'll email you the tracking details so you can follow it to your doorstep.

Areas we deliver to

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. We are an online store and do not offer in-store collection. Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside the country.
